Of course, you can change those habits. First you have to know which are those habits but don't worry about that. I'm here to teach you to correct the most bad habits you may have that don't let you grow taller. In fact you are probably doing these habits right now and you don't even know. Let's find out:
How to change these habits?
Well, it's not that hard, but you need to concentrate and do the opposite of what your doing wrong. So let's start with knowing and correcting bad habits that stunt your growth, now!
Well its true! Start right now and control your posture. Put your alarm to snooze every 20 minutes to remind you if you are controlling your posture, for 21 days. Keep your spine straight, force it all the time, and you will be rewarded. Think like you are having a wall in front of you and you have to stay straight. Within 2 -3 days you'll be able to automatically stay straight, but you must go on until 21 days to complete and automatically control your posture by subconscious mind. Soon you'll start to see how much height has been hidden in your bad posture. I hope you keep yourself motivated and in control to make your biggest change in your life. Before I explain which position is terrible when sleeping, I'll explain the importance of sleeping for human growth. During the day as you are standing or walking, the force of gravity makes the spine compress which shortens your body and that is a negative effect for your body. But, while we sleep, the horizontal position of your body let's the gravity force to expand the whole skeleton, allowing your body to grow taller. That's why in the morning you are taller than at night. That's not all. During the sleep hours the hgh is released into your bloodstream and that's why it is important to sleep in a good position.
The most terrible position is sleeping with your stomach which have risk not just for your organs and breathing, but also for you height. Think about this: You sleep 7-9 hours with bad posture, stay all day with bad posture, you sit with bad posture ---> Doing all of these, you stay 24\7 with bad posture. That not just makes it harder for you to grow taller, but also stunt growth and you may even lose height! So you better try to avoid these bad habits as much as you can.
I would recommend you to sleep with your back, because this position stretches all your body greatly. Use a small pillow or no pillow at all because sleeping with a large pillow will bend your neck holding your spine in an unhealthy position. If you can't sleep with your back for any reasons then avoid sleeping with your stomach too.
These were some of the most bad habits you may have, so try changing them, even that it would be hard at first, but you'll see the results you have behind those bad habits. Without sport, there is no fun, joyful and healthy life. Doing sport keeps you fit and healthy indeed. There are individual and group sport activities. Some sports makes you stronger, some makes you fitter, some makes you taller! I practiced a lot of sports and I have different experiences in each sport. I used to do wrestling, basketball, tennis, gymnastic, kickboxing etc. Some of the sports I have been training had positive results in my height progress. Even that the reason I did some of these sports was not to grow taller, these sports are not just fun and great experience, but also makes you taller.
Sports like basketball, kickboxing and swimming has the best effect on your body to generate height. From my experience, basketball had the best effect for my upper body, and kickbox for my legs and hands. But, the only activity that help all your body grow, it's swimming. Because, while swimming, all your body is stretching. In basketball, while you jump, your spine is stretched, and when you do kickboxing, you punch with your hands and legs to lengthen them.
If you don't have time to train all these sports, then choose the best that fits your needs. For exp. If you have longer legs and smaller spine, do basketball to lengthen your spine. If you have longer spine but shorter legs, do kickboxing, but if you need to grow all your body parts and don't have time to do all these sports, do swimming since it has effect in all your body. These are my recommendations from my experiences and research, but I cannot guarantee that they may have or not effects on you. This depends on your age. If you are an adolescent than doing these sports have bigger chances to work on you, but if you are older than 25, this might have less chance to work. But don't worry, you still have other solutions that I have put in this website and they work even for older ages. Do sport, no matter your age. That keeps you healthy and fit.
